Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic milled to taste
  • Dry oregano to taste
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mini tomatoes
  • 1/4 finely sliced ​​red onion
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 lb lettuce

      Procedure:

      Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Season the chops with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano, place on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 18 minutes.
