As a coffee lover an gotta have at least one cup, I say this is one of the better coffees. I discovered this brand while living in PR. Bravo!!!

A Good Cup, But Not A Great Cup

To my taste, this bean makes a good cup of joe when subject to a medium grind and steeping for 5-7 minutes in filtered, 195℉ water.
A good cup, but not exactly great for my tastes. It is a bit too stringent at first and not earthy enough for me, however it is still a pleasant cup with almost no after bite to it.
