Salmon with Garlic and Thyme Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 lemon juice
Procedure:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a pan fry 2 tbsp olive oil and on medium high heat brown the salmon 2 min. per side. Once browned on both sides add the garlic, thyme and lemon to the pan and continue cooking the salmon over low heat,
