problem with seals

The coffee is delicious and we love the ease of preparation. We had an issue with 3 of the capsules' seals being open so the coffee spilled into the box.
Curiously some of the other capsules seemed "deflated" (versus the seal being slightly distended and tense). The coffee seems to drip out a lot more slowly than the Nespresso capsules, but the flavor is the same

Easy. The flavor and intensity was far beyond my expectation. Customer service was on point with their communications outreach when an item I had ordered was not available. ElColmado aims to please. And they accomplished just that. I will be ordering from them again and again.
