Corned Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can corned beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp goya sofrito
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 potato or sweet plaintain
Procedure:
Peel and cut the potato into small thin french fries (if you decide to use the sweet plaintain - peel and cut the plaintain into 1/4 inch pieces). Heat oil and fry potatos, add the sofrito and saute, add corned beef and the tomato sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
