Turkey Breast with Brie Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 turkey breasts
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup milk cream
- 1/2 cup brie cheese without rind
Procedure:
Season the turkey breasts with salt and pepper, in a frying pan over high heat add two tbsp of olive oil and brown the breasts for 2 min and then cook on low heat for 12 min. Once cooked the breasts remove and in the same pan sauté the onion and garlic for 2 min. Add the wine and reduce by half. Add the cream and cheese and boil and mix the sauce for 5 min. Or until thickened, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over the turkey breasts.
