Cilantro Alioli Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

• 6 egg yolks 
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 cup cilantro
• 1 cup olive oil 
• 1 tbsp hot water

Procedure:

Place the egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and cilantro in a blender. Process until the leaves are finely chopped. With the processor still running, slowly add the oil.  Add the hot water, blend, and transfer to a glass container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
