Avocado Soup, Sopa de Aguacate Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp goya sofrito
- 1 tsp goya adobo with pepper
- 1 tsp apple vinegar
- 1 packet sazón goya without annatto
- 2 avocados
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
In saucepan on medium add olive oil, sofrito, adobo, apple vinegar, sazon and saute. Add the avocados and the chicken broth and bring to boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered until desired consistency, about 10 minutes. Garnish with onions.
