Apple Pecan Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups, chopped pecans
- 2 cups apple fine slices
- 1 pie crust
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, pecans, apple slices and whisk until blended well. Pour into the pie base. Bake for 40 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
