Borinquen Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 tbsp passion fruit syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 tsp 151-proof rum
Procedure:
Put 1/2 cup of crushed ice in blender. Add all ingredients and blend at low speed. Pour into old-fashioned glass.
