Breaded Fish Fillet in Parmesan Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh fish fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup instant potato powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
Procedure:
In a container mix the potatoes, cheese, thyme, season the fish with salt and pepper and bread the fish and cook in olive oil for 6 minutes per side. Then place on a tray with absorbent paper.
