Coconut Spice Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups coconut cream
• 1 cup  condensed milk
• 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup fresh coconut (finely shredded)
• 1/4 cup coconut rum
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Procedure:

Mix sugar, coconut cream, condensed milk, heavy cream, shredded coconut, rum, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze.
