Fried Pork Chop, Chuletas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork chops about 1/2" thick
- Oil for frying
- 1 packet sazon con culantro y achiote
- 1 tsp goya adobo with pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 3/4 tsp vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients but the pork chops and the frying oil in a large bowl and mix well. Place pork chops into bowl and marinade them so that they are fully covered, cover bowl and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator or at least a few hours. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat, once heated cooked pork chops for about 5 minutes each side or until fully cooked. Drain on paper towels and serve.
