Majado de Viandas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz mix of viandas (malanga, yuca, ñame, yautía, papa, batata)
- 8 cups of water
- 8 oz milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Procedure:
Boil the water and cook the viandas for about 25 minutes or until tender. In a deep bowl mix the viandas, oil and milk thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and garnish with parsley.
