Mango Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup each finely chopped pineapple
- 1 cup each finely chopped mango
- 1 pie crust
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350F, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs and whisk until blended well. Gently stir half of the pineapple and mango. Pour into the pie base. Bake for 40 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with remaining fruit on top.
