Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Mix tomatoes, onion, green pepper and cilantro. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend together in a shallow dish. Use as a hot dip or add to soups.
