Pork Chops with Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic milled to taste
- Dry oregano to taste
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup mini tomatoes
- 1/4 finely sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 lb lettuce
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Season the chops with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano, place on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 18 minutes. In a container, place the mustard and vinegar and beat constantly add the oil. Add 1 tbsp of garlic or to taste and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
