Salmon with Avocado Papaya Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
- Curry powder to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups fresh papaya in small squares
- 2 cups avocado diced
- Lemon to taste
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- Roasted red bell to taste
Procedure:
Season the steaks with salt and curry and cook in a frying pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 6 min per side. In a container mix papaya, avocado, lemon, cilantro, onion and red peppers, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over salmon fillets.
