Veal Rolls Wrapped in Prosciutto Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 thin veal steaks
- Salt to taste
- Peppert to taste
- 1 cup cooked ripe plantain
- 4 slices prosciutto ham
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Procedure:
Season the meat with salt and pepper, put some ripe banana in the center and roll up, wrap with a ham slice and cook with olive oil for approx. 3-4 minutes per side.
