Yaucono Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 8oz Yaucono coffee
- 2oz honey
- 1 pie crust
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350F, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed. Mix coffee and honey until its dissolved, add to the mixture and whisk. Add eggs and whisk until blended well. Pour into the pie base. Bake for 40 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
