Scramble Eggs and Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 slices of bread
- 3oz smoked salmon
Procedure:
In a bowl, beat the eggs until they are well combined. Add milk and mix. Heat the skillet over medium-low heat. Melt the butter, when it begins to bubble add the eggs to the pan. Turn the heat to low and season with salt and pepper. Steadily stir up once you see it begin to settle. Continue stirring until the bottom of the pan appears, as the eggs cook. When the eggs are ready, remove and serve on a toast and top with slices of smoked salmon.
